Much needed advice on what to do about the city of East Cleveland: Is it wise or even worth
suing a city for streets that are left in this condition? They have no problem with taxing folks but
when it comes to situations they are responsible for they ignore you and will not compensate you.
It did do some serious damage to my car and I also did a report with the city of East Cleveland.This happened April 2009.They are just now getting back to me.Stated i had no witnesses. $1,700.00 something worth of damages. The insurance companies should want to sue. After 2 years of waiting, they concluded that, I HAD NO WITNESSES! How is that for a load of crap!
I know some things are not even-handed but it just irks me when i'm told to get over it...there is
nothing that you can do. As you can see, there were no warnings or cones about the area. I just drove right into it. THEY JUST DON'T CARE!
